Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of Intend Indiana’s mission. We turn the principles of DEI into impactful actions focused on providing opportunities for people and places. We ensure opportunities are accessible to all by prioritizing equitable resource allocation, encouraging diverse, community-informed initiatives, and embracing inclusive decision-making. We hold ourselves accountable to our commitment to DEI as we continuously expand our services to meet the needs of the people and places we serve.
