As an organization dedicated to advancing comprehensive community development, Intend Indiana has developed innovative financing and development solutions that:

Incorporated in 1987 to serve the near northside neighborhoods of Indianapolis, Intend has grown to provide community solutions across the state. As part of this growth, we are dedicated to being intentional and transparent with our goals and how they create opportunities for all.

$50+ Million Direct Investment in Indiana Communities

Over the next five years, we want to invest $50 Million directly into Indiana communities by leveraging a mixture of philanthropic funds, Federal grants, and leveraged loans. The investment will directly support affordable housing development, below-market rate mortgages, and loans to XBE businesses.

In addition to supporting multiple homebuyers, small businesses, and contractors, we will engage even more deeply with the community through:
