Stephanie joined Intend Indiana in 2018 to lead real estate development, land banking, and homebuyer outreach. For more than 10 years, Stephanie has worked in all facets of real estate development for not-for-profit, private, and government agencies with a focus on development, construction, affordable housing, and financing. Prior to joining Intend Indiana, Stephanie was the Vice President of Insight Development Corporation, where she secured a mix of financing and oversaw construction activities for affordable housing developments in distressed areas.
