Since teaming up in 2023 as part of the Indianapolis African American Quality of Life Initiative grant, Intend and CAGI have been working together to empower communities with our comprehensive resources. By taking our high-quality affordable homes and inclusive financing and lending options and combining them with CAGI’s financial literacy, home repair, and weatherization solutions—we’re creating sustainable and affordable communities and homeownership opportunities across Indiana.
