Community Action of Greater Indianapolis (CAGI) and Intend Indiana (Affordable HomeMatters & Edge Fund) recently partnered to connect people to opportunity through the development of affordable housing and providing affordable mortgage lending in the Near Northwest neighborhood of Indianapolis.
CAGI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the reduction and ultimate elimination of poverty among the clients in its service area. They have served more than 40,000 households and 100,000 residents of Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Marion, and Tipton Counties in Indiana.
Affordable HomeMatters provides access to quality, affordable housing choices to ensure homebuyers find a home and secure a foundation for quality of life and wealth building opportunities. Edge Fund offers flexible financing that creates equitable and affordable housing opportunities for underserved people and communities.
