Stephanie Quick has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Renew Indianapolis. Stephanie, who previously served as Director of Real Estate for the past two years, will work closely with leadership and will oversee the operations of the organization.
For more than 10 years, Stephanie has worked in all facets of real estate development for not-for-profit, private, and government agencies with a focus on development, construction, affordable housing, and financing.
“I am incredibly honored and excited to step into the role of COO for Renew Indianapolis,” says Stephanie. “As someone who is passionate about process and people, I am committed to helping our organization thrive operationally so that we can continue to help serve our community and build the vision of affordable housing, access to opportunity, and resilient and inclusive neighborhoods.”
Stephanie’s promotion is welcomed by the Renew team who know her for leadership, accountability, and adaptability.

Stephanie received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs degree from Indiana University. She is passionate about responsible real estate development and access to affordable, equitable housing. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and reading.
