Intend Indiana is excited to announce that we have partnered, through Affordable HomeMATTERS, with The City of South Bend to develop up to 92 homeownership opportunities in the Lincoln Park Neighborhood over the next 5 years!
This new project is aimed to help address the affordable housing need in South Bend.
The project will not only offer new housing but will also engage local contractors and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that the benefits of the project extend beyond housing to include economic opportunities for the broader community.
