A proud native of Indianapolis, Ross has more than 20 years of experience in delivering exceptional service to clients. His passion lies in nurturing and strengthening customer relationships.
For over a decade, Ross served in a vital role with the Social Security Administration, always prioritizing confidentiality and professionalism to ensure the highest level of service. Most recently, he worked for a financial institution where he fostered consumer relationships and educated clients on budgeting, saving, and financial literacy.
Ross is an avid reader. He also enjoys watching basketball and boxing. However, above all else, Ross treasures spending time with his wife and three children.
