2021 has brought another talented addition to the Intend Indiana team. Please welcome Devin Day, our Multi-family Loan Portfolio Manager.
Devin has worked in community development in various roles for not-for-profit, private organizations, and government agencies in Indianapolis. Most recently, he worked for a regional wholesale bank that met the liquidity needs of member financial institutions throughout Indiana and Michigan.
Devin is a Hoosier native and graduated from Ball State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning and Development and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Community Development. Devin also holds a Rental Housing Development Finance Professional Certification with the National Development Council (NDC).
He enjoys spending time with family and friends. Outside of work, Devin enjoys participating in local 5K and mini marathon races and trying out new restaurants.
