We’re thrilled to welcome Demetrius Warren to the Intend Indiana team! Demetrius will be the Director of Edge Fund, ensuring our flexible financial products help people obtain affordable, inclusive, and diverse housing opportunities.
Demetrius is a passionate, service-driven leader who joins Intend with 13 years of banking, management, and mortgage origination experience. He most recently focused on low-to-moderate income lending and will transfer his skills and experiences to leading our Edge Fund team to serve more of our community. Demetrius is dedicated to aiding in the effort to increase homeownership in black and brown communities.
Originally from Gary, Indiana, Demetrius earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University. Currently, he serves as a pastor at New Circle Church in Indianapolis and is a board member of URBAN ACT Academy.
He is the husband of Dr. Keeanna Warren and the father of three incredible children, Reid, Levi and Aria.
