Intend Indiana Recognized as One of the Best Places to Work in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS – Intend Indiana has been named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The recognition places Intend Indiana among the state’s top small businesses (15-34 employees), celebrating its commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and mission-driven workplace culture.

“We are honored to be recognized as a Best Place to Work and proud of the team that makes our organization such a dynamic and supportive place to grow,” said Intend Indiana President Stephanie Quick. “This recognition affirms our dedication to creating a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and community impact thrive.”

The Best Places to Work in Indiana program, now in its 20th year, evaluates companies based on employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys conducted by the Workforce Research Group. The program highlights organizations that excel in workplace policies, employee engagement, and overall company culture.

This year’s honorees represent a diverse range of industries and communities across Indiana. The final rankings will be revealed at the Best Places to Work Awards Dinner on April 30, where businesses will be recognized for their outstanding workplace environments. Winners will also be featured in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine and highlighted by Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick.
