INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Intend Indiana, a Central Indiana non-profit committed to advancing innovative financing and development solutions that create and preserve affordable housing, support neighborhood revitalization efforts, and foster small business development, announced the promotion of Stephanie Quick to the role of President. Quick will contribute to fulfilling the organization’s mission of advancing comprehensive community development in her new role. She will also manage all aspects of day-to-day decision-making including lending, real estate development, marketing and outreach, information technology, accounting, and providing human resource support.
When asked how Quick’s promotion will impact future plans for the organization Steven Meyer, CEO of Intend Indiana, stated, “Stephanie’s contributions to Intend have been invaluable. In her new role as President, we are excited for Stephanie to share her talent and leadership across the community.”

Quick has spent more than twenty years working in the economic development and real estate industry and has held positions with the City of Indianapolis, Flaherty & Collins, and Insight Development Corporation. She joined Intend Indiana in 2019 as director of real estate and most recently held the position of chief operating officer.
